The original 1972 album contained just 14 tracks, culled from two live performances with the Southern California Community Choir, Ken Lupper, and the Rev. This album is both a concert and recording center and a church service.
If you have a hang up about religiosity and church music, remember that this was part of the great heart and the musical legacy of the great Aretha Franklin.
